Last March 13, our Hatchit Team had the privilege of attending an inspiring company culture talk held at Ta Kapi, a cozy coffee shop owned by one of our very own consultants. As we sipped on delicious Matcha and coffee blends from their Fusion, Mt. Apo, and Brazil beans, we listened intently to discussions about the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

One of the key highlights of the talk was centered around the importance of pursuing hobbies and honing skills outside of work to help us progress personally and professionally. The talk also touched on the company’s commitment to employee growth and recognition, with discussions about potential salary increases and bonuses for exceptional performance. The dinner featured a variety of games that were designed to foster teamwork and camaraderie amongst the staff. From lively rounds of charades to the interactive game of “bring me,” the employees were able to let loose and enjoy themselves while working together with their colleagues.

 

The games brought together both teammates and non-teammates, allowing everyone to bond and work towards a common goal.
